Back-to-School Orientation

Emmanuel's Back-to-School Orientation and Meet the Teacher Day is scheduled for Sunday, August 11. The event will run from 11:30 AM until 4:00 PM. Families are not expected to be at Emmanuel for the entire time period. Choose a time that is most convenient for your family. However, please arrange your visit so you are able to attend one of the principal information presentations which are scheduled to be given at noon and repeated again at 3:00 PM. In the Ministry Education Center, families will receive and/or submit items, documents, and information, and numerous individuals will be available to answer questions. This includes the following:

• 2024-2025 Student Handbook

• Calendar/Planner

• Athletic Handbook

• 2023-2024 Yearbook

• Order School T-shirts (mandatory for all students)

• Drop off any student medications and complete medical consent form

• Receive Hymnals and/or Bibles

• Piano sign-ups with Mrs. Chris Folkerts

• ACSTO questions with Mr. Jeff Weinstein

• Financial questions and payment with Mrs. Darcy Meyer

In addition, teachers will be available in their classrooms to meet with parents and students. This is a great time to ask questions, learn about classroom schedules and expectations, and share information and concerns with your child's teacher. Student supplies can also be delivered to the classroom on this day as well. The faculty and staff are looking forward to seeing all of our families on August 11
